侠饭同款鸡脆骨煎饺

Steps to make 侠饭同款鸡脆骨煎饺

  • 1.准备齐材料。
  • 2.鸡脆骨用三角脆骨,比较嫩脆。淘洗干净。
  • 3.放锅中加一瓶盖料酒焯水。
  • 4.沥干水分切碎。
  • 5.韭菜洗净沥干水分切碎。
  • 6.生姜剁成姜蓉。
  • 7.将所有主料都放盆中,加入一个鸡蛋,玉米油30克。
  • 8.一匙味增酱。
  • 9.一勺生抽。
  • 10.一小勺鸡精。
  • 11.食盐5克。
  • 12.将肉馅朝一个方向搅拌至上劲。
  • 13.搅拌好的肉馅Q弹粘稠。
  • 14.将肉馅包入饺子皮中,做成月牙形的饺子生胚。
  • 15.冷锅冷油将饺子生胚摆放在锅中,中小火煎至底部微焦。
  • 16.加入半饭碗清水,盖上锅盖焖五六分钟。
  • 17.撒上芝麻。
  • 18.再撒上葱花,盖上盖子继续焖一分钟左右,待水分干透,锅底发出噼里啪啦的声音,握住晃动锅,让饺子底部自然的脱离锅,用筷子翘起来看看底部,如果饺子底部变成金黄色脆皮,即可出锅。
  • 19.将盘子盖在锅上,然后翻转盘子。
  • 20.焦脆金黄的底部。
  • 21.再将一个盘子扣在饺子上,再次翻转。
  • 22.正面葱香四溢。
  • 23.电视侠饭鸡脆骨煎饺。

  • 25.蘸酱,加点胡椒粉,醋,生抽,麻油,喜欢吃辣的就加点辣油,不要太嗲哟!
