    • 1.备鱼丸
    • 2.在鱼丸上切上刀口,切点香葱 ,肉末
    • 3.锅里放清水或高汤烧开,下入鱼丸
    • 4.煮至开化
    • 5.放盐煮透
    • 6.放进肉末
    • 7.用快子拌动
    • 8.待肉末熟时
    • 9.淋上香油
    • 10.菜上胡椒粉,香葱,调味鲜
    • 11.上桌
