青蛙枣泥挤挤包
上次做了龙猫挤挤面包,这次又想做一个青蛙的样子。别人家的青蛙都是方形脸,但是,我非要把我的青蛙塑造成一个瓜子脸(虽然是倒瓜子.......)。里面添加了自制的枣泥馅,味道也是不错呢~

  • 芹菜20ml
  • 高筋面粉300g
  • 枣泥馅30g
  • 白砂糖20g
  • 黄油8g
  • 食盐1g
  • 酵母2g
  • 巧克力笔2支

Steps to make 青蛙枣泥挤挤包

  • 1.高筋面粉放入面包桶中,对角线放白糖、食盐,中间放酵母,倒入榨好的芹菜汁。(这个季节菠菜不常见了,所以我就用的芹菜。)
  • 2.根据面粉的吸水性再适量的添加清水,第一次和面程序结束后,放入黄油。
  • 3.第二个和面程序结束。
  • 4.室温进行一发。
  • 5.拿出来面团排气。
  • 6.分成62g一个的面团,共六份。
  • 7.中间放入5g的枣泥馅。
  • 8.收口包好。我用的是8寸活底蛋糕模具,中间放了一个布丁杯。
  • 9.烤箱中放一碗热水,进行二发。
  • 10.另一份38g原味面团,用来做眼睛。
  • 11.分成六份。
  • 12.青蛙身体二发完成。
  • 13.将眼睛继续一分为二,粘在绿色面团上。
  • 14.预热烤箱,上下火190度20分钟。
  • 15.观察表面上色颜色,我在剩余10分钟的时候加盖锡纸。
  • 16.烤好以后自然放凉,脱模。
  • 17.用巧克力笔画出表情。
  • 18.哈哈~
  • 19.枣泥馅儿的青蛙包。
  • 20.开吃啦~
