Steps to make Avocado sushi
- 1. After washing the rice, add a cup of water and steam until cooked. I steamed two bowls, but one bowl is not enough to eat. The ingredient list shows the amount for one bowl.
- 2. Take a bowl of steamed rice, add sushi vinegar and mix well to season.
- 3. After cooking the corn, blanch a few Dutch beans and remove them. Peel off a little corn kernels from the corn.
- 4. Mix the small kernels of the Dutch beans with a small amount of corn kernels to enhance the flavor.
- 5. Spread the mixed rice flat on the sushi seaweed.
- 6. Cover the bottom with cling film, then flip the seaweed with rice and place the mixed vegetable grains on one side of the seaweed, and the morning meat on both sides. Lunch meat is made by myself and has a taste, without seasoning.
- 7. Use sushi curtains to roll up and shape.
- 8. Lay a layer of avocado on the top.
