鲜掉眉毛的黄鱼煨面

主料:黄鱼两条,面条200克,雪菜100克
辅料:小葱、生姜、大蒜适量
调料:料酒、盐、鸡蛋1个(只用蛋清)生粉、胡椒粉、猪油各少许

Steps to make 鲜掉眉毛的黄鱼煨面

  • 1.准备好材料。
  • 2.黄鱼片下两边的鱼肉切块。
  • 3.黄鱼肉加盐、胡椒粉、淀粉、蛋清搅拌均匀上浆。
  • 4.片下的鱼头鱼尾鱼骨加葱姜蒜爆炒后加热水。
  • 5.大火煮十分钟直到汤汁呈乳白色。
  • 6.雪菜切成末焯水。
  • 7.加蒜末用猪油爆炒后,倒入煮好的鱼汤加少许盐调味煮一分钟。
  • 8.腌过的黄鱼肉下热水锅焯烫熟。
  • 9.面条过下水,再下鱼汤煮熟。
  • 10.在鱼汤面上放上焯烫过的黄鱼肉,加小葱末即可。
