蓝莓奶香蛋糕
Blueberry Streusel Muffins。不同于普通的马芬,此款奶香味超浓,最上层很香酥,有点像菠萝包的口感!里面有超诱人的整颗蓝莓,吃起来不会太甜。因为有新鲜蓝莓和牛奶,是比较健康的点心!

  • 低筋面粉390克
  • 白砂糖200克
  • 无盐黄油28克(融化的)
  • 蓝莓270克
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 牛奶240ml
  • 泡打粉10克
  • 1勺
  • 香草精1茶匙

Steps to make 蓝莓奶香蛋糕

  • 1.28克的无盐黄油隔水融化!
  • 2.准备好材料,鸡蛋回温,新鲜蓝莓洗净沥干水分!
  • 3.鸡蛋打散
  • 4.加入香草精和牛奶
  • 5.搅拌匀待用
  • 6.低筋面粉,泡打粉,细砂糖,盐全部过筛
  • 7.冷藏的黄油(不要提前从冰箱里拿出来)切很小块
  • 8.加入粉类里,用手搓匀至黄油消失
  • 9.成面屑状即可,上下拌匀
  • 10.取出150克的混合面粉,备用,铺在蛋糕上!
  • 11.加入蓝莓
  • 12.把鸡蛋牛奶混合液体倒入面粉里,拌匀至粉状消失!
  • 13.准备好烤盘,我用了24个小的烤杯和8个大的烤杯(如果没有小的烤杯,就准备16个大的烤杯)
  • 14.把融化的黄油,倒入之前乘出来备用的混合面粉里
  • 15.拌匀至黄油完全被面粉吸收
  • 16.铺在蛋糕的最上面,稍微按压一下
  • 17.面糊装8分满即可,把面屑铺在蛋糕上,稍微按压一下!
  • 18.放入提前预热的烤箱里,中层,180度20分钟(小的蛋糕180度15分钟)(烤至表面有一点金黄色即可
  • 19.如果没有纸杯的,记得在烤盘上刷上一层油
  • 20.满满的蓝莓呀!新鲜的蛋糕口感最好,里面有点余热,软糯香甜,最上层口感酥香!
