芝心虾球
脆脆的面团中,包裹着浓浓的芝士和嫩嫩的虾肉,绝对的真材实料,那是相当的好吃。什么麦当劳,肯德基,都得靠边站。(^_^)

Steps to make 芝心虾球

  • 1.准备材料。本来是鲜活的大虾,遇上阴天,再加上拍照技术太差,硬是让我拍的黑呼呼地,倒像是不新鲜的似的。
  • 2.将大虾去壳,不要全部去掉,尾巴前面留一小节,去掉虾线,洗干净,用胡椒粉和盐腌渍十分钟。
  • 3.将虾仁全身裹上淀粉。
  • 4.取一片芝士,用刀划成四份,将一小片裹在虾仁上,用牙签固定(芝士碰鸡蛋液就会很滑,容易掉,炸的时候就很容易漏,这样做,就固定了芝士)。
  • 5.放入鸡蛋液中。
  • 6.再沾一层淀粉,让芝士不外漏。
  • 7.再次放入鸡蛋液中。
  • 8.裹一层面包糠。
  • 9.抽掉牙签,用手好好团一团,让面包糠粘得牢固一些。把尾巴捋好,沾的东西弄掉,这样炸的时候比较好看。
  • 10.放入油锅炸至金黄即可。
