玉桂蘋果批(手抓餅版)
平時大家都是外面買的蘋果批,雖然好吃但是用酥皮做,酥皮是用大量黃油制做不健康**
這次分享大家製作的蘋果批以手抓餅代替酥皮,方便又滋味,一個蘋果一張手抓餅就能做上**

Steps to make 玉桂蘋果批(手抓餅版)

  • 1.材料準備好。
  • 2.切一半蘋果去皮,把一半個的蘋果切小丁。
  • 3.小鍋里加大半碗水,把蘋果丁放入再加入玉桂糖小火煮至軟身。
  • 4.約10分鐘左右就收汁。
  • 5.煮至汁收乾了盛出再加點玉桂糖備用。
  • 6.另一半蘋果切薄片,用鹽水泡一下防止氧化。
  • 7.手抓餅放軟1-2分鐘,在中間放上玉桂蘋果碎。
  • 8.再在外圍一片一片的放上蘋果片(如圖)。
  • 9.全部圍圈(如圖)不要圍太外邊要預留些手抓餅做邊圍。
  • 10.邊預留的邊包上蘋果邊(如圖)。
  • 11.準備一個蛋黃。
  • 12.把外邊圍擦上蛋黃液,預熱烤箱180度5分鐘。
  • 13.再在蘋果批上加點肉桂糖增加風味,放入烤箱180度15分鐘左右即可(注意各家烤箱火力不一樣請注意火力調節時間)。
