青红椒辣酱
买了一些辣椒,放了几天后变成花花绿绿的“彩椒”了。本着节俭过日子的原则,还是想办法消化掉这些“彩椒”。以前用新鲜的红辣椒做过辣酱,这一次来个一勺烩,不管什么颜色,一起粉碎熬制辣酱,所以就叫“青红椒辣酱”。

  • 1.主辅料: 青红椒、姜蒜
  • 2. 把青红椒去蒂洗净。
  • 3. 放在菜板上切几刀。块头小一些,容易粉碎。
  • 4. 选择一个容器,用手持料理机把青红椒粉碎。
  • 5. 把姜蒜切碎。
  • 6. 放入容器里,和辣椒同时粉碎。
  • 7. 把粉碎好的辣椒末倒入锅中熬制。
  • 8.熬制到辣椒熟透,水分蒸发。
  • 9.放入黄豆酱、白糖调味。
  • 10.这时候用小火慢慢将其炒匀。
  • 11.炒制到辣酱有粘稠感,即可关火。
  • 12.出锅盛入碗中,晾凉即可。盛入食碟,即可食用。
