Steps to make 熊猫寿司

  • 1.先将米煮上。将三文鱼切成条状,约为半张寿司海苔长,需要横截面为1cm*1cm两条,1cm*1.5cm两条,0.5cm*0.5cm一条,和0.5cm*0.8cm一条。
  • 2.将三文鱼条放入酱油中,放入冰箱冷藏,腌制20分钟左右,不宜太久,酱油会使生鱼片变硬。
  • 3.腌制期间,准备两色寿司米饭。将煮熟的饭取出放入大碗中,加入寿司醋搅拌均匀,扇凉。取出一半,加入芥末多春鱼籽和海苔碎,搅拌均匀成绿色寿司米饭。如果没有鱼子和海苔碎,用点色素代替也可以。
  • 4.取半张寿司海苔,将三文鱼条包一层,将多余的海苔用刀切下。收口处不需要固定。
  • 5.将包好的三文鱼条收口朝下,放在一边备用。
  • 6.另取半张海苔,在中间黏上一层3cm左右宽的米饭,不宜太厚。将0.5cm*0.8cm的三文鱼条放在中间做熊猫嘴巴。再在嘴上盖一层米饭,在上面放上0.5cm*0.5cm的三文鱼条作为鼻子。
  • 7.再在鼻子上盖一层米饭,将两条1cm*1.5cm的三文鱼条放在两边做眼睛。并在海苔的两边都黏上米饭。
  • 8.将海苔卷起,做成熊猫脸,收口处抹上几粒米饭黏上。
  • 9.取两张半张的海苔,短边抹上少许米粒,将两片黏在一起。
  • 10.将海苔的三份之二黏上绿色的寿司饭,不宜太厚。
  • 11.将熊猫脸饭圈放在中间,在最上面黏上1.5cm左右的绿色寿司饭,将两条1cm*1cm的三文鱼条黏在米饭两边,作为耳朵。
  • 12.将寿司卷起,在收口处抹上少许米粒粘住固定。将刀上抹上少许水,将寿司切成1.5cm左右即可。
