  • 1.食材,新鲜桂鱼一条,洗净,在鱼身上切花刀,用黄酒和盐在鱼身上抹匀(去腥)腌制片刻。
  • 2.起锅放油先把桂鱼两面煎黄。
  • 3.下入葱姜蒜煸香。
  • 4.烹入黄酒,放生抽,老抽上色,加白糖,盐,淋入少许热水烧煮至鱼肉成熟。
  • 5.鱼肉成熟后,大火收汁,加入鸡粉,淋入少许香油即可。
  • 6.出锅,装盘!
