小鸡炖蘑菇

Steps to make 小鸡炖蘑菇

  • 1.蘑菇,葫芦条,粉条要先温水泡软,粉条分开泡,蘑菇要洗净去沙
  • 2.鸡肉剁成块焯去血污
  • 3.锅内烧热油,爆香鸡块,下葱姜蒜
  • 4.加入料酒,生抽,老抽,白糖翻炒
  • 5.加入泡蘑菇的水,卤包,葫芦条和蘑菇,大火烧开小火咕嘟一个小时,出锅前放入粉条,煮至粉条柔软就可以关火装盘了
