  • 高筋面粉600g
  • 淡奶油250ml
  • 纯牛奶250ml
  • 白糖80g
  • 鸡蛋2个
  • 酵母6g
  • 黄油50g

Steps to make 奶油小餐包

  • 1.准备材料,黄油提前软化
  • 2.所有原料放进面包机,启动揉面团程序;(黄油后放)
  • 3.面团发酵至2.5倍大;
  • 4.分割成18个小面团,一个烤盘用了12.5个小面团;(多出的面团我烤成热狗包)
  • 5.取1个小面团用擀面棍擀成长椭圆形;
  • 6.由上而下卷起;
  • 7.对半切开;
  • 8.花形面朝上摆入烤盘,依次做好其余小面团;
  • 9.进行二次发酵
  • 10.最后刷一层鸡蛋液,烤箱180度,上下火,15分钟左右,即可。
