前几天,看了“☆灯芯绒☆”做的“剁椒酱”,口水中。。昨个去赶集,买了些红椒。。这个不是很辣,但是吃起来有些微甜,肉肉的感觉好好哟·等过几天发酵好,神马的 → 剁椒茄条,剁椒芋头,剁椒豆腐,剁椒芋头,剁椒白菜,剁椒炒蛋,剁椒鸡丁,剁椒干炒烧腊 ←。。吼吼。。这回又有得玩儿了。。

  • 红辣椒200g
  • 大蒜50g
  • 洋葱30g
  • 20g
  • 高度白酒10g

Steps to make diy剁椒酱

  • 1.红尖椒洗净控干水份;大蒜去皮;洋葱去皮。备用。
  • 2.红尖切开去除椒蒂。
  • 3.切大些的碎儿,方便好剁。
  • 4.大蒜,洋葱,洗净切丁。备用。
  • 5.大蒜,洋葱捣碎。
  • 6.大蒜,洋葱成泥状。
  • 7.切好的红辣椒。
  • 8.将蒜泥洋葱泥,倒入切好的红辣椒,再放些高度白酒。拌些食盐。
  • 9.拌好后,可以即食一些。
  • 10.干净无水的玻璃器皿,上面再撒些盐。
  • 11.装好后,入冰箱,或是阴凉处,自行发酵2周以后即可。。附剁椒的一些吃法:剁椒茄条,剁椒芋头,剁椒豆腐,剁椒芋头,剁椒白菜,剁椒炒蛋,剁椒鸡丁,剁椒干炒烧腊等等。
