奶酪吐司面包

  • 酵母5克
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 奶油奶酪70克
  • 砂糖45克
  • 牛奶90克
  • 食盐3克
  • 黄油25克

Steps to make 奶酪吐司面包

  • 1.准备好需要的食材,把奶油奶酪和黄油先在常温下软化。
  • 2.把除了黄油外的所有食材放进面包机,启动和面程序,大概30分钟,到了20分钟的时候,放入黄油继续和面。
  • 3.揉好的面团再用手揉一会儿,呈现扩展状态后放在发面盆里,用湿布盖好,醒发40分钟左右。接着用手指戳面团,不塌陷不回弹就说明发酵好了。
  • 4.面团取出来后擀一擀,接着分成均匀的三等份。揉成面团后静置15分钟。
  • 5.接着把三个面团分别擀开,卷成卷,放入土司盒。开始二次醒发。
  • 6.醒发到八分满的时候就可以了。如果是盖盖子烤面包,可以等到九分发。
  • 7.烤箱预热180度十分钟,接着把土司盒放入烤箱,大概5-8分钟的时候加盖锡纸,烤30分钟即可。
