  • 粘米粉50g
  • 白糖少量
  • 小南瓜半只
  • 紫薯两个
  • 猪油1匙

Steps to make 艾草青团

  • 1.摘嫩艾草洗净。
  • 2.水煮开,放1匙食用盐,少量食用小苏打,放入艾草,用筷子或勺子搅动几下,煮两分钟,去苦味。
  • 3.捞出,放入提前冻好的冰水中冷却。
  • 4.放在钢化玻璃碗,捣烂。
  • 5.糯米粉和粘米粉拌匀,放入碎艾草,猪油。
  • 6.多次少量倒入水,能搓成面团即可,面团不能太湿。
  • 7.紫薯,南瓜隔水蒸熟,捣碎,趁热放入白糖拌匀。放冷后,搓成一个个小团子。
  • 8.用面团包好南瓜馅或紫薯馅,用菠萝蜜叶子垫好,冷水上锅,水开蒸十分钟左右。
  • 9.根据大小或火力大小,判断蒸多久,可以用牙签插进青团,如果牙签没沾有糯米粉则熟了,沾有则还需再蒸!蒸好后,涂上一层熟花食用油,防干皮。
  • 10.来个近距离,那一抺绿,漂亮吧。
  • 11.我爱南瓜馅的,南瓜粉粉的,有着淡淡的艾草香。
