栗蓉豆沙蛋黄青团
春来万物生,踏青时采一把艾草,回家做一锅软糯清甜,鲜香细腻的青团,享受春天的味道。

Steps to make 栗蓉豆沙蛋黄青团

  • 1.艾草清洗干净。
  • 2.放入沸水中焯水一分钟。
  • 3.捞出过凉。
  • 4.艾草加适量水在料理机中打成艾草泥。
  • 5.艾草泥放入小锅中煮沸。
  • 6.糯米粉、面粉、澄粉混合均匀,艾草泥趁热倒入粉类中 ,用筷子搅拌融合。
  • 7.稍凉后用手揉成粉团,盖保鲜膜饧发半个小时。
  • 8.咸鸭蛋黄表面喷点白酒,放在烤箱里上下火140度,7分钟烤熟。
  • 9.自己炒制的栗蓉豆沙,分成25g一个的小份揉圆。
  • 10.栗蓉豆沙均匀包裹住咸蛋黄。
  • 11.糯米粉团分成30g左右的小剂子。
  • 12.取一小剂子擀成圆面片,放上豆沙蛋黄球,慢慢用手推上去收口。
  • 13. 收好口后,放在两手掌之间,揉成光滑的的青团坯子。
  • 14.做好的青团坯子,下边垫上一小片油纸,放在蒸锅里。
  • 15. 冷水上锅,水开后蒸十分钟左右,关火虚蒸3-5分钟开盖。
  • 16.待热气散一下稍凉吃更美味。
  • 17.软糯清甜,鲜香细腻,享受春天的味道。
