番茄鹌鹑蛋
不太喜欢吃整块的番茄,
却喜欢把番茄煮得烂烂的,和其它食材一起煮,
像今天这款番茄鹌鹑蛋,不过这道菜并不下饭哈,小朋友两口一个,饭都不吃了。

Steps to make 番茄鹌鹑蛋

  • 1.所有食材。
  • 2.把鹌鹑蛋放锅里煮熟。
  • 3.把煮好的鹌鹑蛋剥壳备用(煮好的鹌鹑放玻璃的容器里,盖上重一些的盖子上下摇动,外壳一下子就全部碎了,这样再剥壳会快一些)。
  • 4.番茄放进煮过蛋的锅里烫一会,再去皮切成小块,并备一小片量的姜丝。
  • 5.热锅下油,把鹌鹑蛋放锅里煎一会,并适当加些盐。
  • 6.煎至两面变黄后盛起备用。
  • 7.再把番茄和姜丝放锅里炒。
  • 8.番茄炒至软烂后把鹌鹑蛋加入。
  • 9.最后适当调味,大火收汁便好。
