一直有计划要开始做烘培,买材料等有时间有精力做,一直走走停停,停滞了半个月。昨天才真的开始做烘培,因为是新手所以就来个入门级的烤蔓越莓饼干。

  • 炼乳半支
  • 黄油110g
  • 蔓越莓80g
  • 鸡蛋一个

Steps to make 蔓越莓炼乳饼干(新手经验教程)

  • 1.准备食材蔓越莓、白糖、低筋面粉、牛奶、黄油、炼乳、鸡蛋。
  • 2.黄油切小块,室温放置软化(软点就行了千万不要软成水了!),添加半支炼乳60克糖。
  • 3.添加一个鸡蛋。
  • 4.添加180克低筋面粉。
  • 5.放入蔓越莓(建议对半切一下)适当牛奶搅拌。
  • 6.反复碾压成形即可,常温放置8分钟。
  • 7.搓成长条型,盖上保鲜膜放入冰箱一小时。
  • 8.切成小块(建议不要超过一厘米),均匀涂抹上点植物油(可以省略)。
  • 9.烤箱预热3分钟,放入烤箱180度20分钟,然后试一试饼干如果硬度香脆了就可以了,如果有点软,再继续加热5分钟.
  • 10.摆盘开吃!
