烤鲈鱼杂蔬
用ACA TM33HT的烤箱来烤鱼让我很纠结,这么漂亮而且崭新的烤箱实在是不舍得烤鱼,而烤箱偏偏有烤鱼的专档设计来诱惑我。所以忍不住还是开烤。
今天烤的是鲈鱼,加上自己喜欢的各种蔬菜,真是味道鲜美,别有一番风味。

Steps to make 烤鲈鱼杂蔬

  • 1..鲈鱼洗净从中间切开,不要切断。用洋葱、盐、料酒腌制20分钟。
  • 2.准备各种蔬菜。自己喜欢的都可以。
  • 3.木耳泡发备用。
  • 4.腐提前煎成油豆腐。
  • 5.准备炒蔬菜的调料:葱、姜、蒜,花椒粒,干辣椒和郫县豆瓣。
  • 6.生抽、老抽和花生油混合调成刷鱼的酱汁。
  • 7.烤盘铺上锡纸。
  • 8.鱼腌制好,再烤盘上先撒一层大葱段和姜片,目鱼反正面刷上酱汁。
  • 9.撒上烧烤粉。
  • 10.今天用的是ACA TM33HT的烤箱来烤鱼。特别的简单,一看就明白,非常好用哦。提前连接电源,按菜单键,开始设置。调到‘烤鱼’档,按启动,烤箱开始预热。
  • 11.预热自动停止,放进刷好料汁的鱼,中层烤10分钟。
  • 12.烤鱼的同时,炒蔬菜。锅中放入少许的油,放入干辣椒、葱、姜、蒜、爆香,加入郫县豆瓣酱,炒出红油
  • 13.依次加入青菜煸炒。
  • 14.然后放入豆腐和木耳,加入蚝油、老抽和生抽调味,然后加入少量的高汤,烧开,断生即可关火,拌匀。
  • 15.将烤鱼盘取出。(烤箱正常运转)TM33HT这款烤箱烤出的鱼,特别的均匀,10分钟取出,鱼肉已经很鲜香,再加入蔬菜神加工一下更好吃。
  • 16.倒入炒好的蔬菜。
  • 17.继续放入烤箱再烤20分钟,放中下层。
  • 18.烤箱自动设置是35分钟,烤制的时候要随时观察,我提前5分钟取出,刚刚好。
  • 19.取出烤盘,撒上一些香菜,就可以开饭了。不仅鱼肉鲜美,蔬菜也是相当的好
