之前去云南的时候,第一次吃到过桥米线。热鸡汤 琳琅满目的配菜。想想都流口水,刚好家里有只山上散养的老母鸡自己做来解解惨哈··

  • 猪肝50g
  • 五花肉50g
  • 鹌鹑蛋六个

Steps to make 过桥米线

  • 1.猪膘肉炼出油脂焦焦的香
  • 2.新鲜的走地鸡斩块 猪五花肉
  • 3.一点油煸炒 加几粒花椒 半块姜调入热水熬煮
  • 4. 熬了两个小时的鸡汤 调入盐 胡椒
  • 5.配菜洗好
  • 6.干米线入锅
  • 7.煮好的米线
  • 8.在鸡汤里的猪五花肉切片 配菜准备好 猪肝金针菇蟹味菇沸水
  • 9.翻滚的热鸡汤把喜欢的配菜和米线入汤
  • 10.成品 喜欢辣的就放点油泼辣子
