Steps to make 无油少糖土豆脆片

  • 1.准备好食材,土豆泥、粥、淀粉是必需品,其他可根据自己的喜好更换。
  • 2.将红薯粥分次放入搅拌机,添加少量水,打成米糊,水量以机器能工作为准。
  • 3.米糊中加入盐、糖、黑胡椒粉。
  • 4.再把胡萝卜末、土豆泥、蜂蜜加入米糊中,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.分次加入淀粉搅拌均匀,淀粉的量不是一定的,以面糊的状态为准,状态看下一步。
  • 6.面糊的状态是:舀一小勺面糊,能粘在勺子上不掉下来即可。
  • 7.蛋卷机中高火预热,用两把勺子,一把勺子舀起如大拇指指甲盖那么大的一团面糊,另一把勺子将面糊铲到蛋卷盘合适的位置(一盘3团面糊)。
  • 8.盖上盖子,扣好搭扣,开始会有大量白烟,并伴有滋滋滋的声音,这是水汽蒸发。
  • 9.等到白烟稀少时可开盖看看上色情况,如果脆片还比较湿软就盖上盖子继续烘烤;如果脆片边缘微黄则可出炉了。
  • 10.刚出炉的脆片是有点软的,但几秒就变脆了,如果冷了还是软的,可回炉再烘烤。
