凉拌莲藕的营养价值

  • 4.4.调酱汁:碗里放入:小米椒,辣椒面,葱段,蒜米,白芝麻,用热油爆香后,再加入两勺生抽,两勺陈醋,一勺蚝油,一勺白糖,半勺老抽,搅拌均匀。
  • 5.5.将调好的酱汁淋入装好藕片和香菜里。
  • 6.6.搅拌均匀。
