  • 清酒2大匙
  • 料酒1大匙
  • 芝麻盐1大匙
  • 胡椒面1/2小匙

Steps to make 韩式土豆炖鸡块

  • 1.先将佐料拌成作料酱。鸡要剁成块,去脂肪洗净。洋葱和土豆切成4块。胡萝卜也切成一般大的块。
  • 2.南瓜去皮,去籽却成大块。干辣椒去籽切成3片(如果怕太辣的话可以不放)。蒜和姜切成薄片。大葱、红辣椒斜切成片。
  • 3.放油滑锅,放入干辣椒、蒜、姜煸出香味,放入鸡块炒到皮熟。放入作料酱炒至入味,加水盖上锅盖炖到皮熟。
  • 4.放入洋葱、土豆、胡萝卜、南瓜炖至鸡肉烂熟。
  • 5.最后放入大葱、红辣椒翻动使之略熟,最后撒上芝麻出锅。
