沙茶牛肉 一勺酱料成就一个下饭菜
女儿特别喜欢沙茶酱的味道,常常要妈妈用沙茶酱调味儿做牛肉粽子,今天专门用沙茶酱烧一个牛肉出来,妞儿一样是特别喜欢吃。最近喜欢用压力锅,比较省时间,要不然老是感觉时间不够用。今天的牛肉配了莲藕,还挺好。
材料:牛肉 莲藕 香菜 洋葱 姜
调料:老抽 生抽 糖 盐 沙茶酱 烹调油 八角

    • 1.材料图。
    • 2.取一勺沙茶酱,加上生抽老抽盐糖等调料兑成料碗。
    • 3.洋葱切小块,莲藕切丁。
    • 4.牛肉加葱姜焯水后清洗干净。
    • 5.炒锅倒油,炒香洋葱和八角。
    • 6.倒上之前准备好的料碗炒香。
    • 7.将牛肉倒入压力锅中,加上炒好的料汁,拌均匀。
    • 8.放上莲藕块。启动肉类程序。
    • 9.程序结束后拌均匀,放上香菜碎即可。
