鸡胸肉可乐饼
可乐饼据说是在16世纪从法国传入日本,逐渐被日本人民接受并成为钟爱的美食。
名字取自法语中的croquette,日音为koroke,音似“可乐饼,在中国就叫可乐饼了 ^^

    Steps to make 鸡胸肉可乐饼

    • 1.准备材料,土豆、鸡胸肉、白洋葱(份量占比2:1:0.5)
    • 2.土豆去皮切块,上锅蒸熟;
    • 3.鸡胸肉剁成肉末;
    • 4.白洋葱切成碎丁;
    • 5.锅中放入黄油融化;
    • 6.炒香洋葱丁;
    • 7.放入鸡肉碎炒变色,调入盐、白糖、白胡椒粉炒匀;
    • 8.土豆蒸熟碾压成泥;
    • 9.倒入炒好的鸡胸肉搅拌均匀;
    • 10.取适量揉团后压成饼状;
    • 11.依次沾裹上面粉、鸡蛋液、面包糠;
    • 12.鸡蛋液
    • 13.面包糠
    • 14.将剩余的都做好,备用;
    • 15.热油锅,将处理好的可乐饼胚放入油炸;
    • 16.两面成金黄色,即可捞出
    • 17.用厨房纸吸油装盘,挤上番茄酱即可。
