椰蓉面包卷
因为椰蓉一直是我挚爱的口味,所以家里都经常会做。时不时的将椰蓉面包变换个造型,以免“审美疲劳”。 喜欢卷卷这个新的造型,一个个胖嘟嘟的躺在烤盘里,等待我下爪。

  • 高筋面粉250g
  • 鸡蛋1个
  • 白糖40g
  • 食盐2g
  • 黄油35g
  • 酵母4g
  • 牛奶110m
  • 椰蓉50g
  • 蛋黄1个
  • 白糖10g
  • 黄油15g

Steps to make 椰蓉面包卷

  • 1.材料:高筋面粉250克,黄油35克,食盐2克,酵母4克,牛奶110毫升,白糖40克,鸡蛋1个
  • 2.将高筋面粉、白砂糖、盐、酵母粉、鸡蛋、牛奶放入面包机中,选择和面按钮,揉至面团表面光滑(大概二十分)
  • 3.将黄油35克放入面包机内,再次和面20分钟,面团光滑而充满弹性,揉面到扩展状态,能拉出大片薄膜即可
  • 4.放入盆里进行一次发酵
  • 5.黄油10克软化后,加入橄榄油10克,细砂糖15克和打散的鸡蛋液拌匀,再倒入椰蓉拌匀
  • 6.用手把椰蓉和黄油揉匀即成椰蓉馅
  • 7.将面团从面包机中取出按压排除气体,分成六份盖上保鲜膜松弛15分钟
  • 8.先将面团擀开如牛舌状
  • 9.翻面后两边向内折起,再翻面擀开
  • 10.再翻回来抹上椰蓉馅
  • 11.从上向下卷起来
  • 12.整形后,继续放温暖湿润处,最后发酵约40-50分钟
  • 13.发酵好后,一颗蛋 2勺水的比例调成蛋液。均匀刷一遍表面
  • 14.烤箱提前预热170度入炉烤约20分钟左右
  • 15.出炉放晾网冷却。
