Steps to make 杏仁饼干

  • 1.准备材料。黄油需提前软化。
  • 2.黄油中加入盐、糖粉搅拌均匀。
  • 3.用手动打蛋器打发,打发的黄油体积略膨大,轻盈。
  • 4.分次少量加入全蛋液,搅打均匀,每一次蛋液与黄油完全融合加下一次。
  • 5.搅拌均匀的黄油糊细腻顺滑。
  • 6.加入低筋面粉、奶粉,用橡皮刮刀翻拌均匀,抓捏成团.
  • 7.将面团分成大小均匀的小面团,搓成球状,每个10克左右,摆在烤盘上,空开距离。
  • 8.将每个小面团稍按扁成饼干生胚,薄薄的刷一层蛋白液。
  • 9.将大杏仁逐个按在饼干上。烤箱180度预热,烤盘放置中层,上下火烤20分钟左右。
  • 10.烤好的杏仁饼干。放凉后密封保存。
