Steps to make 椰蓉面包

  • 1.将除黄油以外的材料依次放入面包机,牛奶、鸡蛋、盐、糖、高粉、酵母,开启揉面程序20分钟。
  • 2.加入黄油后继续揉面20分钟。
  • 3.柔出手套膜。
  • 4.放入烤箱开启发面程序加一杯热水发面50分钟。
  • 5.发至2倍大后用手指沾面粉嗯下没有回弹即可。
  • 6.取出面团分割排气后盖保鲜膜醒发20分钟。
  • 7.将黄油融化后加入白糖、牛奶和椰蓉。
  • 8.搅拌均匀。
  • 9.将醒发后的面团擀开后放入椰蓉馅。
  • 10.包好后擀成牛舌形。
  • 11.用利刀在表面划几刀,注意不要划断。
  • 12.卷成麻花状放入面包托中进行二次发酵。
  • 13.将发酵好的面包刷上蛋液,烤箱预热180度中层烤18分钟。
  • 14.成品。
