  • 1.准备好材料;
  • 2.豆芽摘去根部洗净;
  • 3.锅中加水烧开,放入豆芽焯熟,捞出沥干;
  • 4.木耳切丝; 葱切段; 辣椒切丝; 姜切丝;
  • 5.锅中热油,放入花椒成金黄色后捞出;
  • 6.放入辣椒丝、姜丝、葱段煸炒;
  • 7.放入木耳丝煸炒,调入酱油、料酒、醋、白糖和盐炒匀;
  • 8.把炒好的木耳加入到豆芽中拌匀,或把豆芽加入锅中炒匀,皆可。
