韩式炸酱面——亲民版
每次看到韩剧里裹着浓浓酱汁的炸酱面就觉得非常有食欲呀,可是那种用来做韩式炸酱面的黑黑的春酱超市里基本是买不到的。但是在首尔工作的小伙伴告诉我,其实韩国主妇做炸酱面不一定用春酱,用大酱和辣椒酱做的酱既可以拌面也可以拌饭,反而更常见。原来如此……樨儿马上满血复活,开始了炸酱面之旅!

  • 胡萝卜30g
  • 卷心菜50g
  • 花生油10g
  • 韩式辣椒酱50g
  • 甜面酱100g

Steps to make 韩式炸酱面——亲民版

  • 1.胡萝卜、香菇、卷心菜切小粒,碎一点儿比较容易裹在面条上,但是不要切成饺子馅儿。大葱换成洋葱会更好,家里木有洋葱了,你们懂的~
  • 2.热锅凉油爆香2/3的葱花,加入牛肉馅煸炒。
  • 3.肉馅儿变色后烹入少许料酒,然后加入蔬菜粒翻炒。
  • 4.甜面酱和韩式辣椒酱按照2:1的比例准备。
  • 5.蔬菜翻炒到打蔫,加入准备好的酱和少许老抽酱油,这时候要用小火,翻炒均匀后加入小半碗水煮一下。
  • 6.等酱煮到浓稠合适的程度,加入剩下的1/3葱花,关火搅拌一下。
  • 7.OK,把炒好的酱盛出来,取煮锅烧水煮面吧。
  • 8.面条煮好后过凉,加入切好的黄瓜丝、水萝卜丝还有辣白菜,淋上香浓的炸酱,完成!撒花~
