  • 高筋面粉300克
  • 肉馅200克
  • 酵母3克
  • 白糖3克
  • 无铝泡打粉3克
  • 三分之一茶匙
  • 鸡粉三分之一茶匙
  • 料酒两茶匙

Steps to make 生煎包

  • 1.面粉加入酵母,白糖,泡发粉
  • 2.加入温水调成絮状
  • 3.揉成光洁的面团醒发
  • 4.利用发酵的时间准备肉馅,肉末加入三分之一茶匙盐和鸡粉,胡椒粉,料酒,生抽少许,姜末小半碗水分三次朝一个方向拌匀上劲
  • 5.加入葱花拌匀备用
  • 6.面团发酵至原来的一点五倍即可
  • 7.再次揉成光洁的面团
  • 8.面团搓成长条,揪成大小均匀的挤子
  • 9.用擀面杖擀擀成边缘薄中间稍后的面皮
  • 10.挑上肉馅
  • 11.包成包子状,醒发十分钟
  • 12.平底锅倒入适量的底油烧至五成热下煎包煎制,收口处朝下
  • 13.煎两分钟加入小半碗清水,盖上锅盖
  • 14.待水份煎干撒上黑芝麻,和葱花煎两分钟即可
