Steps to make 干煸杏鲍菇

  • 1.将杏鲍菇手撕成丝;
  • 2.加入适量的盐拌均匀;
  • 3.稍微腌制一下再加入适量的油;
  • 4.将它们混合拌均匀;
  • 5.放入微波炉中,高火打2分钟;
  • 6.再将杏鲍菇拿出来, 滗去水分, 再高火打2分钟;
  • 7.热锅凉油, 将准备好的杏鲍菇放入里面不停地煸炒;
  • 8. 直至炒到杏鲍菇发干,且微微发黄时, 再加入孜然粉和辣椒粉继续翻炒;
  • 9.翻炒几下后盛入盘中, 表面撒上花生碎。
  • 10.端上桌了。
