Steps to make 芙蓉南瓜汤

  • 1.南瓜去皮去籽,切成丁。鸡蛋去黄,只留蛋白,搅散开(也可以只取一个鸡蛋,不分蛋清蛋黄)。枸杞用清水泡透,蒜子切成小粒状
  • 2.锅里的水烧开后,放入南瓜丁,煮至八成熟,捞起来
  • 3.锅里放油烧热后,放入蒜粒爆香
  • 4.放入南瓜丁
  • 5.倒入水,加入枸杞,加入盐、白糖,用中火煮至入味
  • 6.生粉用水兑开,倒湿生粉勾芡
  • 7.倒入鸡蛋清,划散开来(也可以放入1个鸡蛋)
  • 8.最后放上香菜叶,提香。
