  • 1.将锅内倒入适量的水,煮开后加入几滴色拉油,再放入西兰花,待水再次烧开后捞起将其放入凉水中浸泡后捞 起(加油水煮可以使烫出来的菜颜色更好看,煮好的西兰花放入凉水中浸泡可使西兰花的口感更好)
  • 2.锅内倒入少量色拉油,放入鸡蛋翻炒,起锅备用
  • 3.将腊五花肉切成丁,放入炒过鸡蛋的锅中煸出油脂,再放入生姜大蒜爆香,
  • 4.再转大火依次放入西兰花,鸡蛋,盐进行翻炒30秒即可,起锅前加入适量鸡精即可.
