水果可丽饼
以前就觉得可丽饼特别漂亮,里面不仅可以放奶油、放水果,连咸味儿的蔬菜也可以驾驭的了。正好这个季节各种水果陆续上市,那就来一款水果可丽饼吧~

Details of ingredients

  • 鸡蛋76g
  • 牛奶80g
  • 低筋面粉40g
  • 火龙果10g
  • 菠萝10g
  • 甜瓜半个
  • 香蕉半根
  • 蓝莓6颗
  • 淡奶油50ml
  • 白砂糖5g
  • 黄油3g
  • 巧克力酱5g
  • 糖粉3g

Steps to make 水果可丽饼

  • 1.淡奶油倒入碗中。
  • 2.先低速打至有大泡产生,放入白砂糖。
  • 3.转高速打发至裱花状态,放入冰箱中冷藏备用。
  • 4.鸡蛋打入碗中。(我用的鸡蛋个头偏小)
  • 5.搅拌均匀后倒入牛奶。
  • 6.筛入低粉,搅拌均匀。
  • 7.过滤一下面糊,更加细腻。
  • 8.平底锅小火加热,用黄油抹一下。
  • 9.倒入面糊小火煎。
  • 10.饼子边微微翘起时,翻面,余温再煎十几秒。
  • 11.取出来放凉。抹一层奶油。
  • 12.对折。
  • 13.摆放好水果,继续对折。
  • 14.将做好的两张可丽饼摆放在盘中,浇巧克力酱,筛少许的糖粉。
  • 15.摆放点儿蓝莓~
  • 16.O(∩_∩)O哈哈~
