素紹子烤茄子
减肥期间想吃烧烤,又不能吃太多肉就说做个素肉,就自己实验一道素菜就下厨了

  • 香菇4个(或平菇)
  • 孜然10克
  • 辣椒面5克
  • 5克
  • 5克
  • 新鲜豆瓣10克(或红辣椒)
  • 花椒面10克
  • 淀粉10克
  • 鸡蛋0.5个

Steps to make 素紹子烤茄子

  • 1.干香菇发好备用
  • 2.发好的香菇切粒,香菇味道太重不是很像肉的味道可以换成平菇
  • 3.香菇粒加鸡蛋液加淀粉和水调成糊
  • 4.调好的糊尽量逐粒下锅热油炸熟起锅,是不是很像紹子呢,四川人把叫肉沫叫紹子
  • 5.茄子抹油,最好用锡纸,撒盐,纸包上烤15分钟
  • 6.加上蒜末,素紹子,加辣椒面,花椒面,孜然烤十分钟,再加新鲜豆瓣,烤五分钟烤熟撒上葱花就好了。
