  • 惠灵顿食用色素红色
  • 烘焙用白巧克力200克
  • 烘焙用黑巧克力20克

Steps to make 红丝绒迷你蛋糕(万圣节版 眼球蛋糕)

  • 1.主要材料备齐。
  • 2.黄油室温软化,鸡蛋拿出回温打散备用;
  • 3.黄油加糖粉搅打顺滑,分次加入蛋液继续搅打;待黄油和鸡蛋充分乳化后依次加入红曲粉、可可粉、白醋、盐、小苏打;
  • 4.搅打均匀后分次加入Buttermilk(类似牛奶酸奶的东西)搅打均匀;
  • 5.筛入低筋面粉用刮刀拌匀,将面糊挤进模具中;
  • 6.180度烤25分钟,烤好后取出静置;
  • 7.脱模后静置冷却;
  • 8.待冷却后,淋上融化的白巧克力待凝固。
  • 9.用牙签蘸上隔水融化的黑巧克力,搭配惠灵顿黑色和红色色素装饰即可。
