婆婆从地里采来的荠菜,新鲜碧绿,用水焯过后尤其如此。中午一个人吃,拿它来炒个年糕也是极好的一餐。

Steps to make 荠菜炒年糕

  • 1.荠菜清洗后,拿水焯一下,用冷水冲凉再挤去多余水分。年糕备用。
  • 2.荠菜切碎,年糕切小条,猪肉切丝。
  • 3.锅内放少量油,下肉丝稍炒,变色后加一点点酱油(可省),加一点料酒。
  • 4.加荠菜炒几下,加一点点糖和适量盐。
  • 5.放入年糕炒几下。
  • 6.加适量水,小火煮至年糕变软。
  • 7.大火收干水份即可。
