  • 1.1、准备好食材,香菇提前泡发好,老卤汤解冻好
  • 2.2、将冬瓜、土豆去皮
  • 3.3、去皮的冬瓜切成片
  • 4.4、去皮的土豆切成片(忽略我的刀功)
  • 5.5、香菇、洋葱切小粒
  • 6.6、切好片的土豆用生抽、老抽腌制片刻
  • 7.7、切好片的冬瓜用生抽、老抽腌制片刻
  • 8.8、香菇、洋葱用味极鲜、胡椒粉、辣椒粉、水淀粉搅拌均匀
  • 9.9、用一个底部深一点的碗,将腌制好的一片冬瓜(皮方朝下)一片土豆排入碗中
  • 10.10、排好后在上面辅上搅拌好的香菇洋葱
  • 11.11、然后淋上老卤汤和腌制冬瓜土豆时的生抽老抽
  • 12.12、上蒸锅,大火烧开后转小火蒸40分钟
  • 13.13、将蒸好的冬瓜扣肉蒸汤倒出放碗里
  • 14.14、将蒸好的冬瓜扣肉倒扣在盘上
  • 15.15、炒锅里放入蒸冬瓜的蒸汤,加入少量食用油,几滴老抽,烧开后加入一汤匙水淀粉再烧开
  • 16.16、淋上冬瓜扣肉上即可
