炼乳焦糖布丁

  • 白糖45克
  • 彩色糖珠少许

Steps to make 炼乳焦糖布丁

  • 1.15克水加40克白糖,加热。
  • 2.煮至白糖融化起打泡后改小火。
  • 3.煮至焦黄关火。
  • 4.趁热冲入50克热水。
  • 5.牛奶里加炼乳搅匀。
  • 6.倒入焦糖中。
  • 7.加50克淡奶油搅匀后放凉。
  • 8.2个全单加1个蛋黄,用料理棒打散。
  • 9.分次加入放量的焦糖奶汁拌匀。
  • 10.过滤到烤碗中。
  • 11.烤箱下层放入装有适量热水的烤盘,上面放烤架,烤碗,盖一张锡纸。上下火,155度烤50分钟。
  • 12.烤好的布丁表面非常细腻,现在就可以趁热吃啦,我为了好看,所以放凉后挤了些淡奶油点缀。
  • 13.50克淡奶油加5克白糖,打发。
  • 14.把淡奶油挤在布丁表面,撒少许彩色糖珠点缀即可。
