秘制腌黄瓜
夏天天热没胃口,做个秘制腌黄瓜,爽脆开胃,比直接凉拌更好吃。

  • 黄瓜2个
  • 大蒜6粒
  • 小米辣3个
  • 生姜1块
  • 八角3个
  • 生抽2勺
  • 老抽1勺
  • 陈醋2勺
  • 蚝油1勺
  • 白糖1勺
  • 1勺

Steps to make 秘制腌黄瓜

  • 1.黄瓜洗干净。
  • 2.用刀从中间分开四半。
  • 3.用刀将黄瓜瓤去掉,再将黄瓜从中间切开。
  • 4.放进一个大碗里,加一勺盐。
  • 5.抓拌均匀盖上盖腌制一小时。
  • 6.生姜切丝,大蒜切成片,小米辣切成小圈,准备花椒粒和八角。
  • 7.取一小碗,里面加3勺生抽、一勺老抽、2勺陈醋、一勺蚝油和一勺白糖搅拌均匀。
  • 8.锅中倒油,爆香姜蒜、花椒粒和八角。
  • 9.调好的料汁倒进去加半碗水烧开关火晾凉。
  • 10.腌好的黄瓜好多水分。
  • 11.用纱布挤干净里面的水分。
  • 12.小米辣放在上面。
  • 13.晾凉的料汁淋在上面搅拌均匀盖上保鲜膜放冰箱冷藏两小时。
  • 14.开吃。
