Steps to make 黑芝麻花样面包

  • 1.除黄油外所有材料放入面包机中, 选择一个搅拌程序20分钟;
  • 2. 放置半个小时后再加入黄油, 进行下一个搅拌程序20分分钟;
  • 3. 搅拌好的面团放入盆中,盖上盖静置发酵到2.5--3倍大,手指按下去不回弹;
  • 4. 分割成四小份, 排气滚圆后在盖上保鲜膜静置20分钟;
  • 5. 将饧发好的面团擀成模具大小的圆片, 用刀划去多余的部分, 其他的同样做好备用;
  • 6. 在一片上铺满黑芝麻酱,再盖上一片,同样处理;
  • 7.重复几次后将最后一片盖上;
  • 8. 将圆等分成八份, 将相邻的两片相对折叠;
  • 9. 其它的同样处理后将它们放入圆形模具中;
  • 10. 将它们放入烤箱中, 同时放入一碗开水,关盖, 让它们在温暖湿润的环境下发酵;
  • 11. 发酵好的面团表面上刷层蛋液;
  • 12. 再放入预热好的170度的烤箱中, 中下层, 30分钟,约15分钟后在上面盖层锡箔纸,以免上色过重;
  • 13.30分钟后香喷喷的“芝麻酱花样全麦包”就出炉了;早餐来上一瓣,很很享受。
