分享一道蒜蓉粉丝蒸大虾,是我家小朋友最爱吃的一道家常菜,口感脆嫩,蒜香浓郁,味道极其鲜美,不但补充大脑营养,补充钙质,还能促进身体发育。

Steps to make 蒜蓉粉丝蒸大虾

  • 1.网购名扬湖海的活冻基围虾,新鲜,天然食材,到家立马开箱,虾很大,个头均匀,冰也很少,晚餐就蒸上一大盘,太鲜美了,真解馋,没吃够。
  • 2.把大虾清洗干净,在尾部第二节的位置挑出虾线,大蒜去皮洗净。
  • 3.粉丝可以提前放温水中泡软,我是临时决定做这道菜,就入锅焯水后过冷水。
  • 4.大虾去掉头部,留下尾部,中间去皮,处理好以后,清洗干净备用。这道虾蒸好以后,虾皮都脆嫩鲜香,后悔了,可以不去皮的,带皮吃补钙效果更佳。
  • 5.把处理好的粉丝捞起来,控净水分,放入准备好的稍微深一点的盘子中。
  • 6.把处理好的大虾,依次平铺在粉丝上边。
  • 7.大蒜、姜切碎,剁成蒜、姜末,喜欢辣口味的可以放点小米辣,北方人不能吃辣,我没放。取小碗,加入1勺料酒,2勺酱油,1勺蚝油,少许糖调个酱汁,口重的可以加点盐,我没加刚刚好。
  • 8.炒锅加入适量的橄榄调和油,爆香姜、蒜末,然后加入调好的酱汁炒匀,蒜末留一半出锅前加入,蒜香更浓郁。
  • 9.把炒好的料汁均匀地浇在大虾上边,然后放入开水锅中的帘子上,盖盖隔水蒸8分钟左右。
  • 10.出锅可以撒点葱花,或者小米辣、或者香菜点缀下。
