Steps to make Crèmebrulée

  • 1.牛奶,奶油,炼奶,砂糖倒入锅里加热至砂糖融化
  • 2.待液体放凉后分三次倒入打散的蛋黄
  • 3.最后倒入一滴香草精祛除蛋腥味
  • 4.倒入模具,震出气泡
  • 5.烤箱中层,上下火,170度,15〜20分钟,底层最好盛些水
  • 6.烤好后冰箱冷藏半小时口感更佳
