  • 6.把灰枣、孢子粉、枸杞子一起倒入汤盅内。
  • 7.放入电压力锅,汤内加点油和盐。
  • 8.盖上盅盖,按煮饭键就可以。
  • 9.时间到,炖好的汤,可以加点鸡精,不喜欢也可以不加。
  • 10.成品,好喝的营养汤炖好了,是不是很简单。
