    Steps to make 芝士香肠意面

    • 1.芝士香肠切厚片。
    • 2.蘑菇洗净,切片。
    • 3.小番茄洗净,一切两半。
    • 4.洋葱切末。
    • 5.平底锅倒适量油,放入芝士香肠和小番茄翻炒两分钟左右,盛出备用。
    • 6.另起一锅,加水烧开,先加入适量橄榄油和盐,再放入意面,稍微搅拌搅拌,煮10分钟左右。
    • 7.平底锅不用洗,放入洋葱末炒出香味。如果觉得干可以加适量油。
    • 8.放入蘑菇翻炒。
    • 9.蘑菇炒软后,加入黑胡椒碎,适量番茄酱(纯的番茄酱)和番茄沙司炒匀。
    • 10.加入适量水炒匀。
    • 11.煮好的意面捞入平底锅中,加一点煮意面的水,放入提前炒好的芝士香肠和小番茄。
    • 12.稍煮片刻,煮至汤汁浓稠,根据自己的口味加盐调味。
    • 13.盛出,撒适量黑胡椒和芝士粉。
