菊花茄子
菊花茄子是一道色香味俱全的名菜。茄子是一种常见的食材,做法多种多样,不胜枚举,今天这道菊花茄子只用了不到一根茄子原料,费用不足2元钱,其不仅造型美观、且好看好吃、酸甜酥脆、诱人食欲,亦可做为年夜晏菜品。

  • 白醋少许
  • 淀粉少许

Steps to make 菊花茄子

  • 1.长茄子洗净,擦去水份,去除两头、切成同等段。
  • 2.将茄子皮削掉。
  • 3.将茄子段竖起来,两侧放筷子防止切断,切十字花刀。
  • 4.将切十字花的茄子放在盐水中浸泡10分钟即可。
  • 5.挤出其中水份备用。
  • 6.碗中放入适量淀粉。
  • 7.将切好的茄子沾满淀粉。
  • 8.锅中油烧至6成热,下入茄子花朝下炸制。
  • 9.翻面继续炸制金黄捞出。
  • 10.再炸下一个茄花。
  • 11.捞出一朵菊花茄子,挺漂亮的。
  • 12.菊花茄子全部炸制完成,用小红椒点缀为花芯。
  • 13.炸之前将桔子榨汁并过滤。
  • 14.加入白糖、少许白醋、淀粉、水、盐调成汁。
  • 15.锅中加少许食用油,下入碗汁,烧开为浓稠适度的汁
  • 16.用小勺轻轻浇入菊花茄子菜品上即可,一盘造型美观,酸甜酥脆的菊花茄子诱人食欲。
