Steps to make 萝卜炖牛腩

  • 1.将牛腩洗净切小块
  • 2.将牛腩加一小勺料酒焯水
  • 3.锅烧热,葱、姜爆锅,放一汤匙豆瓣辣酱炒香
  • 4.将焯好水的牛腩倒进锅中煸炒
  • 5.等肉煸香后,烹入一些料酒去腥,接着放一汤匙老抽、两汤匙生抽,少许盐和糖
  • 6.等牛腩煸炒上色后加水没过肉
  • 7.盖上压力盖,大火上气后转小火18-20分钟
  • 8.等自然放气后放入切好的白萝卜
  • 9.盖上普通透明过盖中火5、6分钟至萝卜变透明软烂就可以关火了
  • 10.最后将切好青蒜和红椒放进去搅拌一下就可以出锅盛盘
