奶香芝士夹心汤圆
以前吃的汤圆大多数是芝麻馅的,也有花生馅,水果馅等等,每次煮起来,孩子都说太甜太腻了,最多也只能吃两个;
我家两个宝贝都喜欢吃芝士,所以家里也囤了不少种类的芝士,今天突发奇想,就给她们包了这款芝士夹心的汤圆,因为芝士本身自带奶香加一点咸味,不甜不腻,我还加了一些糖粉进去,综合了一下,喜欢吃芝士的小朋友们,肯定会非常喜欢的。

  • 奶油芝士150克
  • 白糖20克
  • 牛奶230克
  • 糖粉20克

Steps to make 奶香芝士夹心汤圆

  • 1.准备好食材:糯米粉,牛奶,奶油芝士,糖粉,白糖;牛奶先温一下;
  • 2.奶油芝士加入糖粉拌匀,放冰箱冷藏;待开始包汤圆的时候再拿出来;
  • 3.另找容器,倒入大概30克的糯米粉;
  • 4.倒入适量牛奶揉成小面团;
  • 5.锅内水烧开,将小面团放入锅内煮熟;
  • 6.然后将煮熟的小面团趁热放入剩下的糯米粉中;
  • 7.牛奶慢慢倒入糯米粉中,先用筷子搅拌成絮;
  • 8.再用手揉成光滑的面团,盖上保鲜膜醒10分钟;
  • 9.醒好的面团,取一小撮先揉成一个实心的汤圆;
  • 10.再从中心往里压,压成如图所示的凹形;
  • 11.取适量奶油芝士放入面团内;
  • 12.再包起来,揉成大小差不多的汤圆;
  • 13.锅内水烧开,下入汤圆,并用筷子搅拌,防止沾锅;
  • 14.等汤圆都浮起来,再关火焖2分钟,汤圆都熟啦;
  • 15.盛入碗中,放几粒枸杞点缀,就可以开吃啦。
